This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a long-term professional home with the potential to buy into the practice and become a partner . We are looking for someone who is committed to providing high-quality patient care, building lasting relationships with patients, and growing with our team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans Diagnose and treat oral health conditions Restore teeth with composite fillings Perform crown and bridge preparations Utilize digital scanners for impressions and treatment planning Ideally have experience with or be willing to learn CEREC same-day dentistry Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Collaborate with the dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Current, active dental license in the state of practice Current BLS/CPR certification DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain) Current malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical skills in restorative dentistry Experience with: Composite restorations Crown and bridge preparations Digital scanning and digital treatment planning Experience with CEREC is highly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team What We Offer Supportive, experienced team Modern office with digital technology Opportunity for mentorship and professional growth Long-term partnership opportunity with the potential to buy into the practice If you are looking for more than just a job and want to become part of a practice where you can build lasting patient relationships and eventually become a practice partner, we'd love to hear from you.
