General Dentist

We are seeking an exceptional, patient-focused General Dentist to join a growing, multi-location dental team. We are dedicated to providing high-quality dental care that supports both oral health and overall wellness, serving diverse communities across California and New York. We're looking for a Dentist who is confident in general dentistry, strong in patient communication, and interested in Invisalign and modern, patient-centered treatment approaches . Position Overview In this role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. You'll work alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose oral health conditions Develop and present treatment plans to patients Provide general dentistry services (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.) Perform procedures such as root canals and prosthodontics Conduct Invisalign consultations and case presentations (preferred) Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with hygienists and team members to ensure excellent patient care Stay current with dental technology and best practices Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited institution Active state dental license Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Experience with root canals and CBCT preferred Strong communication and case presentation skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible structure (Full-time or Contract) Growth opportunities within a multi-location practice Supportive, team-driven culture If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and helping patients feel confident in their smiles, we'd love to connect.
