$80,000•90,000 Base Salary +
Uncapped Commission On-Target Earnings:
$160,000•180,000

Mileage Reimbursement Provided About the Opportunity Our client is a rapidly growing, well-funded startup disrupting the orthodontic and clear aligner industry with next-generation aligner technology and a revolutionary digital treatment planning platform. This innovative solution provides orthodontists with an unprecedented level of clinical control and advanced biomechanics that significantly outperform traditional systems currently on the market. They are seeking a driven, ambitious, and coachable Junior Dental Sales Representative to join as a founding member of the commercial team. This is a true hunter role focused on aggressively building pipeline, acquiring new orthodontic accounts, and driving utilization within high-volume practices. Key Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new orthodontic and dental accounts throughout the assigned territory Build strong relationships with orthodontists and dental office staff to drive adoption and utilization Conduct in-person office visits and confidently navigate dental office environments, including front desk interactions Present and position the company's aligner technology and software platform as a clinically superior solution Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive hunting and business development efforts Meet and exceed aggressive revenue and growth targets during a rapid ramp-up period Collaborate with leadership to help validate and scale the company's go-to-market strategy Ideal Candidate Early-career "step-up" candidate looking to break into a manufacturer sales role Background may include dental sales, dealer sales, or adjacent healthcare sales experience Energetic, hungry, resilient, and eager to advance quickly Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments without heavy structure Why Join? Requirements:
Required Qualifications Must have 1-5 years of total professional sales experience — no senior or highly tenured candidates will be considered Must have a minimum of 1 year of dental sales experience Must have a proven hunter mentality with strong prospecting and new business development skills•

Must be comfortable walking into dental offices, engaging front office staff, and building relationships with providers Must be highly coachable, competitive, and motivated to grow within a startup environment Must be comfortable with aggressive growth expectations and performance-driven compensation Must possess strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Must be willing to work in the field daily throughout the assigned territory Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant dental sales experience
