This exciting opportunity allows you to provide high-quality dental care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction while adhering to all healthcare regulations and best practices. This role is perfect for professionals eager to make a positive impact on patients' oral health while expanding their clinical expertise. Duties Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, and prosthodontics with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop effective treatment plans aligned with best practices. Utilize dental software such to document patient records accurately and efficiently while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Execute oral surgeries, root canal therapy, dental fabrications, and other specialized procedures with proficiency in aseptic technique and infection control protocols. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless four-handed dentistry workflows that optimize patient care and clinic productivity. Maintain detailed medical documentation, imaging records, and treatment notes following state healthcare regulations and medical terminology standards. Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental wellness. Experience Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or healthcare setting with familiarity in dental office operations. Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), and pediatric dentistry. Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and billing purposes. Experience with pediatric dentistry and anesthesiology techniques is highly desirable. Ability to interpret medical imaging and understand anatomy to accurately diagnose and treat various oral health issues. Knowledge of infection control standards, sterilization procedures, and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe clinical environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical terminology clearly to patients of all ages.
