As a key provider of comprehensive dental care, you will deliver exceptional patient experiences through expert diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical procedures. Your role will involve working closely with patients to improve their oral health, ensuring comfort and confidence at every visit. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise in a dynamic, patient-centered environment committed to excellence and continuous growth. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver a wide range of dental services such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging techniques to diagnose conditions accurately and plan effective treatments. Practice infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Document all patient interactions meticulously in medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology standards. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness. Skills Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and billing purposes. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology essential for accurate diagnosis and communication. Experience with pediatric dentistry practices and treating pediatric patients with patience and care. Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontics, and other restorative procedures. Familiarity with infection control standards, sterilization processes, and aseptic techniques within a clinical setting. Ability to interpret medical imaging accurately for diagnosis and treatment planning. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on compassion, communication, and building trustful relationships. Prior experience working in a busy dental office or clinic environment is highly desirable.
