About Us Located in a vibrant community, our state-of-the-art Dental and Wellness Center specializes in biological dentistry, functional medicine, IV therapy, and biohacking technologies. We are an out-of-network, relationship-based practice that prioritizes clinical excellence, integrity, and patient education. Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned, high-level Dental Treatment Coordinator with 10+ years of experience to lead our patients through complex treatment journeys with confidence, clarity, and warmth. This is not an entry-level role. You will function as a trusted advisor and strategist —partnering closely with the doctors, presenting comprehensive treatment plans, overseeing case acceptance, and ensuring an elevated patient experience from first consult through completion of care. Key Responsibilities Confidently present comprehensive, high-value treatment plans , including phased and multidisciplinary cases Educate patients on procedures, timelines, biological/holistic benefits, and expected outcomes Guide patients through financial arrangements , including fees, payment options, and out-of-network details Achieve strong case acceptance through relationship-building, clear communication, and follow-up systems Coordinate and oversee scheduling of treatments, consults, and follow-up visits to keep cases on track Collaborate closely with doctors, front office, and clinical team to ensure a seamless, concierge-style patient experience Maintain accurate, detailed records and uphold all HIPAA, compliance, and office standards Help refine and improve front office systems, scripts, and workflows to support growth and efficiency Represent and protect the practice's brand, philosophy, and high standards in every patient interaction Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a senior dental front office role Proven success presenting and closing high-value treatment plans in an out-of-network or fee-for-service setting Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and treatment sequencing Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix preferred) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable having confident, money-related conversations High emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism—able to build trust quickly Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with a track record of owning results rather than just tasks What We Offer Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and performance A collaborative, wellness-focused team culture that values growth and integrity A beautiful, modern facility with advanced dental, medical, and wellness technologies Opportunities to expand your skill set in biological dentistry, functional wellness, and patient education Staff discounts on wellness services and support for continuing education Apply Now If you are a high-level Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a wellness-driven, out-of-network practice and loves helping patients say "yes" to life-changing care, we'd love to speak with you.
