Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist for our Private PPO office. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform smiles while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, infection control, and patient safety. Compensation:
900$ daily guarantee or 30% of Production, whichever is higher Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively with patients and team members. Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies. Operate dental equipment such as digital X-ray machines, medical imaging tools, and dental fabrication devices while adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, OSHA
standards, and infection control procedures. Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA registration if applicable. Proven experience in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, or related specialties such as prosthodontics or endodontics. Proficiency with Eaglesoft or we can train. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and medical records management. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and other advanced procedures. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and effectively. Commitment to infection control standards and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
