Associate General Dentist - Pathway to Ownership

Ventura Center for Dental Health is seeking a motivated and experienced associate dentist to become a valued member of the team with opportunity for ownership. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating within a team environment of 12, including the potential for supervising up to 3 hygienists per day.
• Building strong and trusting relationships with patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding of treatment plans through excellence in communication.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a GP with a focus on cosmetic dentistry, and live in Ventura County.

Pay:

$750.00 - $900.00 per day
