Compensation Structure (Independent Contractor) Enjoy flexibility, strong earning potential, and faster payouts: Production-Based Pay Earn 45% of production (higher of daily guarantee or production) Compensation based on your previous 2 weeks of production with no long 3-month lag Lab Fees Minimal adjustments, only 30% of lab fees In-house lab keeps costs low, for example crown approximately $30 Earning Potential Your base compensation does not fall off Most providers consistently exceed their base every pay cycle Clinical Support & Environment Your Support Team Work with highly trained assistants and front office staff who are aligned to maximize your productivity.
