In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care, ensuring each patient receives personalized, high-quality treatment in a welcoming environment. Your expertise will help improve oral health and transform smiles, all while fostering positive patient experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional dental services across diverse patient populations. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans. Deliver a wide range of dental procedures such as general dentistry treatments, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care. Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness. Maintain detailed medical records using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix to ensure seamless documentation and continuity of care. Qualifications Valid state dental license with current certification to practice general dentistry. Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with proficiency in dental terminology and medical terminology. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging, infection control practices, and HIPAA compliance. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and other general dentistry procedures. Familiarity with digital dental systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and thoroughly. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry and pediatric patient management is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
