The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and have experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and various dental procedures. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, performing assessments, and executing treatment plans while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Perform a variety of dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment options. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with dental staff to provide exceptional patient experiences in a friendly environment. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred. Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology related to patient care. Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus; familiarity with treating children is essential. Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and medical imaging techniques. Previous experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while maintaining professionalism at all times.
