The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to all safety and health regulations. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals in a supportive environment that prioritizes patient care and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, endodontics, and restorative work. Ability to do molar root canal is a must. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and practice protocols. Utilize dental software such as Open Dental for managing patient information and treatment documentation. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Valid state dental license, DEA, and malpractice insurance to practice dentistry. Experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred; familiarity with Epic software is a plus. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry. Proficiency in dental fabrication techniques is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
