Led by Dr. Luciano Retana , our practice is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an associate dentist who is excited to grow with us. We value comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we're looking for someone who shares those values. This position is ideal for a new graduate or early-career dentist looking for mentorship, as well as an experienced dentist who enjoys working in a supportive, modern private practice. Initially, you'll care for: New patients Emergency appointments Hygiene exams Same-day treatment opportunities Overflow patients from Dr. Retana As our patient base continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to build your own loyal patient following and long-term schedule.
