In person About Us We are a privately owned, well-established dental group in Boulder, Colorado, seeking a full-time Lead General Dentist for one of our larger, established practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist who wants more than a standard associate role. We are looking for a clinically strong, highly motivated doctor who can lead a busy practice, provide excellent patient care, and help drive continued growth in a well-supported private practice environment. Our offices offer strong patient flow, a large base of long-term patients, experienced support staff, and modern technology. We accept primarily PPO insurance plans and do not participate in HMO plans. Lab fees are paid by the practice. Compensation 33% of adjusted production Lab fees paid by the practice Annual earning potential: $280,000 - $500,000+ Additional bonus opportunities based on performance Practice Highlights Privately owned group practice Established patient base with strong new-patient flow PPO-focused practice No HMO plans 3D imaging Digital X-rays Oral scanners Experienced clinical and administrative support Leadership role with long-term growth potential Responsibilities Lead a busy general dentistry practice in a professional and productive manner Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop sound treatment plans Diagnose and present treatment clearly and ethically Provide high-quality general dentistry, including restorations, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, preventive care, and oral surgery Help guide the team and contribute to a strong office culture Maintain accurate clinical documentation Deliver efficient, high-quality care while maintaining excellent patient experience Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Colorado dental license, or ability to obtain one before starting Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills Proven ability to work efficiently in a productive practice Professionalism, integrity, and leadership ability Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire for a long-term role in a private practice setting A strong candidate should be capable of producing at a high level once fully ramped up and should be comfortable leading an established office with a steady patient base.
