Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM This opportunity has the earning potential to be between $200•300k/yr We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to join our thriving and well-established private dental practice in the Denver area. This is a search for a clinician who is looking for more than just a job—someone who values professional growth, leadership opportunities, clinical autonomy, and the support of a collaborative team. Our ideal Associate General Dentist candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while building lasting relationships through education, trust, and clear communication. We are looking for a compassionate provider with a gentle chairside manner who enjoys working closely with both patients and team members to create an outstanding patient experience. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience as a General Dentist (new graduates are not being considered for this opportunity) Experience performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures Clinical experience with Invisalign and implant dentistry is strongly preferred Passion for comprehensive patient care and patient education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative team player who also enjoys clinical autonomy Growth-oriented mindset with an interest in leadership and continued professional development Active Colorado dental license in good standing, or eligibility and ability to obtain Colorado licensure prior to employment Position Highlights Full-time schedule with a consistent four-day workweek Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM Established patient base and strong clinical support Collaborative, positive office culture Opportunity for professional growth and leadership Clinical autonomy in a modern, patient-centered practice
