This full-time opportunity offers a four-day work week while practicing across our modern, kid-friendly offices located in Rifle, Glenwood Springs, Eagle, and Aspen. We provide orthodontic treatment for children, teens, and adults, including traditional braces, clear braces, and Invisalign treatment options in welcoming offices designed to make every patient feel comfortable. Responsibilities:

Orthodontist Responsibilities Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions, malocclusions, and dentofacial abnormalities Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric, teen, and adult patients Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment including braces and clear aligner therapy Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and families regarding oral hygiene, treatment expectations, and retention protocols Collaborate closely with pediatric dentists and clinical support teams to deliver exceptional patient care Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in compliance with Colorado regulations and professional standards Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient experience

Qualifications:

Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program Active Colorado dental license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start Board-certified or board-eligible Orthodontist preferred Invisalign experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children, teens, and families Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
