Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our private dental office in Cheshire, CT. Looking for 1 day a week (7 hour shift) with guaranteed daily pay of $1200 Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a range of dental procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry. Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of patients during all procedures. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations using Dentrix. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license with no disciplinary actions. Proficiency in general dentistry practices; experience in prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong leadership skills when necessary.
