Endodontist Opportunity - Norwalk A growing, high-demand dental practice in Norwalk is seeking an experienced Endodontist to join its expanding team. Position Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and accurate diagnoses Develop and implement detailed endodontic treatment plans Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical endodontic procedures as needed Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care for long-term dental health Essential Job Functions Utilize advanced dental equipment and modern endodontic technologies Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation Stay current with advancements and best practices through continuing education Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards Deliver exceptional patient care focused on comfort and satisfaction Qualifications DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program Completion of an accredited Endodontic Residency Active Connecticut dental license (or ability to obtain) Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills Proficiency with advanced endodontic technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range: $180,000 - $350,000, commensurate with experience Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Supportive leadership and collaborative work environment Norwalk provides an excellent blend of professional growth and lifestyle opportunity, offering a strong patient base, affluent surrounding communities, and proximity to major metropolitan areas.
