Stay current with industry standards by utilizing dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, billing, charting, and record management. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental wellness. Adhere strictly to healthcare diagnosis standards and dental terminology to ensure precise communication within the team. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to expand expertise in areas such as endodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and anesthesiology. Experience Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or healthcare setting with familiarity in general dentistry procedures. Demonstrated proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Prior experience performing pediatric dentistry procedures is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge related to the oral cavity, infection control practices, and medical documentation standards. Experience executing complex dental procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontic restorations, and oral surgeries. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
