Job Description

Orthodontist - Celebration We are looking for an Orthodontist to join our growing network of doctor-led practices. Whether you are an experienced orthodontist, a recent graduate, or looking for a part-time opportunity, we would love to connect with you. About the Opportunity This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinical teams in a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional orthodontic care to children, adolescents, and adults. Our practices are equipped with modern technology and supported by experienced operational teams, allowing doctors to focus on patient care and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Diagnose and develop orthodontic treatment plans Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment for children, adolescents, and adults Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment options and oral health Collaborate with pediatric dentists and specialty providers to deliver comprehensive care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Support a positive patient experience and practice culture Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Orthodontic Residency Program Active dental license (or eligibility for licensure) in the applicable state Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality patient care What We Offer Competitive compensation structure Clinical autonomy Established patient base Modern technology and clinical support Flexible scheduling options Continuing education opportunities Potential partnership and growth opportunities Supportive, doctor-led culture Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.
