POSITION OVERVIEW
Lead Provider role within an established private practice Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services Manage 2-3 operatories with strong clinical support Average 8-10 procedures daily Leadership autonomy with opportunity to drive practice growth Patient-centered environment focused on quality outcomes
COMPENSATION
Tiered Production Compensation Up To 36% Daily Guarantee Provided Retention Bonus After One Year Strong Established Patient Demand Supporting Production
SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday Schedule 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Four-Day Work Week No Weekends No Call Requirements No Major Holidays ROLE Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures Lead clinical operations as the on-site provider Develop treatment plans and educate patients Manage multiple operatories efficiently Collaborate with support staff to maximize patient experience Drive quality outcomes and patient retention

DDS Or DMD Degree

Active Florida Dental License
