We are currently in search of an Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our team, working closely with our Owner/Pediatric Dentist and two other Associate Pediatric Dentists. Situated in Lakeland, FL, conveniently nestled between Tampa and Orlando, our practice operates exclusively on a

basis, with no involvement in Medicaid. Committed to providing unparalleled customer service, our exceptional team ensures that our doctors can focus solely on delivering top-tier dental care rather than managing administrative tasks. We are seeking an associate who shares our vision of long-term commitment to our practice and community. The position offers the flexibility of working three or four days a week, with the option to perform IV Surgery. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, patient appointments are not scheduled on Fridays or Saturdays. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional time management skills, adept at engaging with both patients and parents, and eager to expand their clinical proficiency to meet the diverse needs of our patient population.
