POSITION OVERVIEW
This outpatient oral surgery opportunity offers strong earning potential, schedule flexibility, and a specialist-driven clinical environment with built-in referrals. Providers will perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial procedures within a fully digital PPO-based practice supported by experienced surgical assistants.
COMPENSATION 40
%-50% of collections compensation model Income potential of $400,000-$500,000+ Strong established referral stream
SCHEDULE
Flexible four-day workweek Full-time or part-time available No nights No weekends No major holidays
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures Evaluate and manage surgical patients Collaborate within specialist-driven practice model Utilize modern digital surgical technology Deliver high-quality outpatient surgical care

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
REQUIRED
Active unrestricted Florida dental license
REQUIRED
Ability to perform full-scope oral surgery procedures
REQUIRED
Strong surgical and patient communication skills
REQUIRED
Comfortable working independently within specialist practice
