We are a multi-specialty private group practice that is expanding. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ years in-practice experience. This is a mixed payor office accepting FFS, PPO, and Medicaid insurances. Our practice team has years of knowledge and experience to make your work day smooth and offer clinical support and collaboration, all in a friendly and modern atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide consultations with patients, and give your medical opinion on surgery needs and potential outcomesOrder tests and review results to determine the best course of carePerform both routine and complex dental surgeries, including extractions, grafting, and implantsWork closely with other dentists and medical professionals to provide the best care possible Complete excellent post-operation and treatment notes and maintain meticulous recordsQualificationsMust hold current DDS or DMD degree, and be licensed in the state of FloridaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompensationDaily Guarantee of $3000 vs a percentage of collections
