Key Highlights Up to $600.00 daily guarantee and/or percentage of collections 100% fee-for-service patient base Average associate income: $200K-$350K+ annually Flexible 4-day workweek (Pending Office Needs) Partnership opportunity available Modern tech and procedures: implants, sedation, dentures, TMJ, Botox Strong clinical and hygiene support with 8 hygienists $3,000 CE allowance (After 6 months of employment) Older, loyal patient demographic What You'll Do Deliver comprehensive general and restorative care with clinical autonomy Collaborate with a skilled clinical and administrative team Develop customized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes Perform or grow into advanced procedures including molar endo, surgical extractions, bone grafting, and implants Build relationships and trust in a tight-knit, FFS patient community Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program Active Florida dental license (or ability to obtain) Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (Open to AEGD or GPR) Proficiency in restorative and cosmetic procedures Strong communication, leadership, and patient education skills Why This Practice?
