Job Description
Citrus Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join an established, high-volume private practice in Central Florida. The schedule is already full - you step into immediate surgical volume, not a year of building from zero as we have three NPs seeing our consults and are currently booked out several months. For more than 40 years, our practice has delivered comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care across Citrus and Marion Counties from our two locations in Crystal River and Ocala, FL. We bring a strong, growing referral base, modern surgical facilities, cone beam CT and digital imaging, and an experienced clinical team. This is a genuine ownership opportunity, not a "track" in name only: partnership available within [24] months for the right surgeon. Why this is a stronger first job than a metro associate role? In saturated markets like Tampa or Orlando, new surgeons compete with dozens of others for volume and wait years for any path to ownership. Here, you earn more and own sooner. Case Mix Our production is approximately [75]% dentoalveolar, [25]% implant and full-arch. The implant/full-arch share is expanding, which is where the earning upside concentrates.
