What You'll Do:

Comprehensive Orthodontic Care:

Lead and deliver high-quality orthodontic services, including open and surgical cases, with an average of 50-60 surgical cases per year.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and collaborate with a dedicated team of 4 Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to ensure an efficient and positive work environment.

Patient Relationships:

Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients, educate them on treatment options, and deliver the best care while treating them like family.

Practice Growth:

Help drive the practice's growth by maintaining high standards of care, contributing to production goals, and building a loyal patient base.

Total Revenue:

$2.3 million annually

Patient Volume:

50-60 patients per day, with 35-40 starts per month
