Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) — Orlando, FL — New Grad Friendly — Sedation a Plus (Permit Support Provided) About the practice We are a growing pediatric dental practice in Orlando, Florida, serving a mixed PPO/Medicaid patient base. We focus on high-quality care, a great patient experience, and a supportive team environment. The opportunity We're adding a Pediatric Dentist due to continued patient demand. This role is a fit for: New graduates seeking mentorship and a structured ramp-up, or Experienced pediatric dentists looking for consistent patient flow and strong team support.
Clinical scope Comprehensive pediatric dentistry:
exams, restorative, stainless steel crowns, pulp therapy Extractions based on comfort level Behavior guidance and parent/guardian communication Sedation is a plus — nitrous/oral experience welcomed Sedation permit support We support and assist qualified candidates in obtaining the appropriate Florida sedation permit , including guidance through the process and documentation requirements (based on the level of sedation and provider qualifications). Schedule 3-4 days/week Support & resources Pediatric-trained assistants and organized front office support Strong hygiene and recall systems to maintain consistent patient flow Mentorship and onboarding are available, especially for new grads DDS/DMD; Pediatric Dentistry residency completed (or in final year) Eligible for/active Florida dental license New grads welcome; experienced pediatric dentists encouraged to apply Patient-first approach, strong communication, team-oriented
