Why Choose Vision Dental Partners Exceptional Earning Potential Aggressive production-based compensation structure with a daily minimum guarantee and annual earning potential between $300K and $650K. Partnership Equity Opportunity Vision Dental Partners is seeking a doctor who has a genuine interest in long-term partnership. Doctors will have the opportunity to be considered for equity ownership after approximately six months, contingent upon performance, alignment, and mutual agreement on final terms. The structure, percentage, valuation, and timing of any ownership opportunity would be determined separately.
