  • Full-time Job Summary Our privately owned dental practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of general dentistry procedures, with experience in providing high-quality patient care across diverse age groups. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental services, performing procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, and extensive crown and bridge procedurses. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered practice committed to excellence in oral health while having an unlimited earnings potential. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and professionalism. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging utilizing medical imaging technology. Develop individualized treatment plans based on accurate diagnosis and patient needs, ensuring clear communication of procedures and expectations. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws. Work together with our dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient care delivery. Experience Proven experience working in a busy dental practice environment with excellent treatment planning skills to deliver high quality care. Our practice currently sees over 100 new patients a month, extensive opportunities for same day dentistry, and really has an unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
