Metropolitan Smile Design is seeking an experienced, confident, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing practice. We are looking for a provider with 2-3 years of clinical experience who is comfortable performing a wide range of procedures, including extractions and implant placement, while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose treatment needs. Perform routine and surgical extractions. Place and restore dental implants. Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans. Educate patients on oral health and treatment options. Work efficiently with a two-column schedule while maintaining high-quality care. Build trust and strong relationships with patients. Collaborate with the hygiene and clinical teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Deliver outstanding customer service and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Florida Dental License in good standing. Minimum 2-3 years of general dentistry experience required. Experience with extractions and implant placement required. Comfortable managing a two-column schedule . Excellent communication and case presentation skills. Spanish-speaking is mandatory to effectively communicate with our patient population and explain treatment recommendations. Ability to clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to patients. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
