Facial Reconstructive Surgeon (Post-Mohs Repairs) Part-Time

Position Overview REJUVA Dermatology is seeking a highly skilled Facial Reconstructive Surgeon to perform repairs following Mohs micrographic surgery. This role is focused on advanced facial reconstruction, including flaps and grafts, in a high-volume skin cancer center with an established referral base. We welcome applicants from multiple surgical backgrounds with strong expertise in facial reconstruction, including:

• Plastic Surgery
• Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (ENT)
• Dermatologic Surgery (Mohs-trained)
• General Surgery with significant facial reconstructive experience
• Oculoplastic Surgery Schedule
• Part-time position
• Wednesdays and Thursdays (mornings only)
• Typical hours: 7:30 AM
• 1:00 PM Compensation & Structure
• Highly lucrative earning potential: $750,000+ annually (part-time)

• Compensation:

  45% of collections (flat rate)
• No call responsibilities
• No post-operative care obligations
• all follow-up and aftercare managed by our team

• High-volume Mohs surgery practice with consistent case flow
• Dedicated, experienced clinical team trained in assisting complex facial repairs
• Efficient workflow allowing surgeons to focus exclusively on reconstruction
• Supportive, highly skilled staff and modern facility Key Responsibilities
• Perform same-day facial reconstructive procedures following Mohs surgery
• Execute advanced closures including local flaps, interpolation flaps, and grafting techniques
• Collaborate with Mohs surgeons and clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes Qualifications
• Board-certified or board-eligible in relevant surgical specialty
• Demonstrated expertise in facial reconstruction, flaps, and grafts
• Strong surgical judgment and aesthetic sensibility
