Full Job Description Clever Dental is a new private dental clinic located in Norcross, Georgia, in an area with a large Hispanic community and a high demand for patients. We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish General Dentist with experience in general dentistry, excellent patient care skills, and the desire to grow with an expanding dental practice. We are seeking a committed, responsible professional who is focused on providing high-quality dental care. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values clear communication, personalized care, and building trusting relationships with patients. Our clinic offers a professional, organized environment with strong growth potential. The practice is oriented toward a private and Fee-for-Service model, allowing the dentist to focus on quality treatment, patient experience, and professional clinical development. Clinical Scope The ideal candidate should have experience in general dentistry and an interest in developing or strengthening clinical skills in different areas, such as: Diagnosis and treatment planning. Dental restorations. Crowns and bridges. Partial and complete dentures. Simple and surgical extractions. Endodontics, including molars. Cosmetic dentistry. Implant placement or interest in developing skills in this area. Interpretation of dental X-rays and diagnostic studies. Management of basic dental emergencies. Patient Base The clinic is located in an area with high demand for dental services, especially within the Hispanic community. This represents a great opportunity for a bilingual dentist who wants to connect with patients, educate them about their treatments, and build long-term relationships. Production and Income The office offers strong income potential for a motivated, productive dentist who is committed to providing an excellent patient experience. An initial guarantee is offered, along with compensation based on 25% to 35% of production, depending on experience, performance, and final agreement. Professional Growth The clinic partners provide support and mentorship in clinical areas, patient communication, and treatment plan presentation. Our goal is to help the dentist grow professionally and develop within a private, organized environment focused on quality service. Partnership Potential There is a possibility of becoming a partner in the practice, subject to performance evaluation, commitment, production, and alignment with the clinic's values. Candidate Requirements The candidate should have experience in general dentistry, a professional attitude, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care. A bilingual English/Spanish candidate is preferred due to our diverse patient community. Main Requirements DDS or DMD degree. Eligibility to practice dentistry in the State of Georgia. Experience in general dentistry. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Excellent communication with patients. Professional, ethical, and responsible attitude. Ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the clinic's protocols. Clinical Skills The candidate should have experience in general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorations, crowns, bridges, simple extractions, partial and complete dentures, interpretation of X-rays, and management of basic dental emergencies. Additional experience in surgical extractions, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and treatment plan presentation will be valued. Interpersonal Skills The candidate should have high emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with patients in an empathetic and professional manner. The candidate should also have excellent communication, a positive attitude, the ability to build trust, teamwork skills, and a commitment to providing a quality experience for every patient.
