Quest Orthodontics | Sandy Springs and Decatur, Georgia Established in 2016. Two location practice. 5 active chairs at each location with one additional overflow/private chair. 65-80 patients per day. Quest Orthodontics is a modern, doctor-owned private orthodontic practice seeking an exceptional orthodontist to join our growing practice. We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career-not simply finding their next job. For the right doctor, there is a pathway toward partnership if desired.

Our philosophy is simple:

provide the highest quality orthodontic care while creating an exceptional experience for every patient. We believe in thoughtful diagnosis, meticulous finishing, individualized treatment planning, and leveraging the latest technology. Our practice maintains an approximately 50/50 mix of Invisalign and LightForce custom braces, allowing doctors to become highly proficient in both digital aligner therapy and fully customized fixed appliances. We are proud to be a Top 1% Invisalign Blue Diamond Provider while also embracing customized bracket systems that maximize efficiency and treatment precision. We also are heavy on phase 1 treatment with focus on improving airway through expansion. Doctors are exposed to a broad spectrum of orthodontics, including: Comprehensive Invisalign treatment LightForce fully customized braces Digital treatment planning TAD-supported mechanics MARPE and skeletal expansion Airway-focused orthodontics Interdisciplinary treatment planning Orthognathic surgery cases Growth modification and complex adolescent treatment Our office is fully digital and technology-driven, allowing doctors to focus on delivering outstanding care while working alongside an experienced, highly trained clinical team.

Technology available:

CBCT, Piezo surgery unit for midpalatal corticotomy (MARPE), Itero scanners, 3D printers for in house aligners and retainers, iMac/Apple environment, Greyfinch practice management, Grin Remote Monitoring.
