Summary We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team at Aloha Dental Center Inc. As a Dentist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality service and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Administer anesthesia and perform various dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and root canals. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide efficient patient care. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
