We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing practice on Mondays and Thursdays, with opportunities for additional days based on mutual interest and practice needs. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values efficiency, and wants to work in a fully digital environment utilizing advanced CAD/CAM technology.

Schedule:

Mondays and Thursdays Additional days may be available upon request

Compensation:

30% of production

Clinical Responsibilities:

Restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, and partial dentures Simple and routine surgical extractions Root canal therapy CAD/CAM digital dentistry and same-day crown workflows Deliver high-quality treatment on established patient cases

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Hawaii dental license in good standing Experience with CAD/CAM and digital dentistry preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and embrace digital workflows Strong clinical and communication skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent chairside manner
