Associate Pediatric Dentist Tooth Haven Pediatric Dentistry

Our team is passionate about creating lifelong healthy smiles while delivering an outstanding experience for both patients and parents. Position Overview We are seeking an Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving practice in Ankeny, Iowa . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, patient-focused provider who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a supportive, team-driven environment.
What We Offer Compensation:
$1,000 daily minimum or 30-32% of adjusted production (whichever is higher) Strong, established patient base with high demand Fully equipped, modern office with advanced technology Clinical autonomy with supportive leadership Experienced and well-trained clinical and administrative team Opportunities for professional growth and long-term career development Benefits package (health, malpractice, CE allowance, etc.) Potential for leadership or partnership opportunities Schedule Part time Consistent schedule promoting work-life balance Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care (preventative, restorative, and emergency treatment) Establish positive relationships with patients and families Educate patients and parents on oral health and treatment plans Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient experience Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to all compliance standards Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency (preferred) Licensed or eligible for licensure in Iowa Strong communication skills and a compassionate, kid-friendly approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Ankeny, IA?
