- Endodontic Associates of Iowa Endodontic Associates of Iowa is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Endodontist to join our growing specialty practice.
We are a doctor-led, multi-location endodontic group committed to providing exceptional patient care, strong referral relationships, and a highly efficient clinical environment built around modern technology and support systems. This is an opportunity to join a busy, established practice with a strong referral base, experienced clinical teams, CBCT technology, microscopes, and a collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence and long-term growth. What We Offer Competitive compensation structure Established referral network and strong patient flow Fully trained endodontic support staff Modern technology including CBCT and surgical microscopes Multiple office locations with flexible scheduling opportunities Mentorship and collaboration within a growing specialty group Opportunity for long-term partnership/growth Responsibilities Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues Perform non-surgical root canal therapy, retreatment, and endodontic surgery Utilize CBCT imaging and advanced diagnostic technologies to develop comprehensive treatment plans Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation Communicate effectively with referring doctors regarding diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and outcomes Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care Adhere to all infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety standards Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited residency program Eligible for licensure in the State of Iowa Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience with CBCT and modern endodontic technology preferred About Our Practice Endodontic Associates of Iowa is a privately owned specialty group focused on clinical excellence, efficiency, and long-term relationships with both patients and referring offices.
