We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with experience in providing comprehensive patient care across various dental disciplines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality dental services in a professional, patient-centered environment. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for performing routine and complex dental procedures, ensuring optimal oral health outcomes, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Excellent dental-patient care a must. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for diverse patient populations. Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging techniques to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness. Maintain accurate and detailed medical and dental records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols. Deliver patient education on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery using four-handed dentistry techniques. Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety. Stay current with the latest developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development activities. Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry with eligibility for licensure as an Associate Dentist. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery preferred. Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to dental procedures. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop appropriate treatment plans. Knowledge of infection control standards and HIPAA compliance requirements for medical documentation and medical records management. Experience working in a busy dental clinic or office environment is highly desirable.
