General Dentist | Rural Community in Spencer, IA | Excellent Pay & Scheduling Are you a dedicated dental professional seeking a rewarding opportunity with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive team? General dentistry, bread and butter procedures, pediatric experience a plus Pay & Benefits Hourly pay rate: $117.75 Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Travel and lodging covered for candidates requiring relocation Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You'll Do Provide general dentistry services for patients ages 5 and up Perform fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and routine procedures Manage approximately 16 patients per day in a rural community setting Refer complex cases as needed; utilize

Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to high-quality care Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards Maintain patient records and handle office documentation professionally What You Need Current dental license in good standing (without malpractice claims) Experience in bread and butter procedures and pediatric dentistry preferred Ability to perform a wide range of general dental treatments Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation Willingness to work in a rural setting and adapt to community needs About the Assignment This assignment involves providing essential dental care services for a community-based practice in Spencer, IA.
