Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Opportunity Overview:
Join a pioneering Neuroscience Institute in the Chicagoland area dedicated to delivering world-class, innovative neurological care through a personalized, interdisciplinary approach. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to become an integral part of a busy, physician-led group focused on expanding a state-of-the-art neuroscience program. Work alongside top-tier neurosurgeons, neuro-oncologists, ENT specialists, and neurologists in a leading-edge, collaborative environment committed to excellence and research. Required Skills:
Board certification or eligibility in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Proven ability to build and develop a practice within a multidisciplinary team setting Strong collaborative and communication skills Experience working with or supporting cancer and sleep surgery programs is preferred
Preferred Education and Experience:
Residency or fellowship training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Prior experience in a neuroscience or neuro-oncology environment is advantageous
Other Requirements:
License to practice medicine in Illinois (or ability to obtain) Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced clinical environment Willingness to collaborate with a comprehensive care team and support interdisciplinary care models
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range:
$400,000 - $550,000 annually Aggressive compensation package not predicated on wRVUs Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided Comprehensive benefits including generous
PTO, CME
allowance, meeting time, and 401(k) plan Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance with tail coverage Cap-exempt H-1B visa sponsorship available Strong administrative and leadership support for practice growth
