Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to best practices in dental health. The Dentist will perform a variety of procedures, including examinations, cleanings, extractions, and other dental treatments, while maintaining compliance with all health regulations and standards. Duties Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Perform a range of dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and oral surgeries. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records for each patient visit. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education as required. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Skills Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and medical terminology. Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental software for patient management. Experience in dental fabrication techniques for crowns, bridges, and dentures. Ability to perform dental extractions and oral surgeries with precision. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices for treating younger patients. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
