Job Description

A downtown Chicago oral and maxillofacial surgery private practice with a 45-year history seeks a board-eligible or board-certified associate. The practice sits within a major medical complex in the Streeterville district that serves Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Lurie Children's Hospital. The role offers a faculty appointment at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and an associate clinical professor appointment with the Cook County residency program, teaching oral surgery interns and general practice residents. This is a full-scope, fee-for-service practice. The case mix includes dental implants and full-arch reconstruction, bone grafting, dentoalveolar surgery, pathology, and office-based anesthesia, along with hospital-based and reconstructive work through the affiliated hospitals. Call coverage is light, about one week in six. An experienced surgical and administrative team keeps the schedule full and well-supported from the first week. Compensation and benefits. The total package is worth more than $400,000 per year, with additional production-based earnings. The position includes a $10,000 signing bonus and partnership eligibility after five years. The practice covers malpractice insurance, health insurance, and medical licensing and certification fees. We are looking for a surgeon who is clinically strong, collaborative, comfortable in a teaching setting, and motivated to build a long-term career with us. Both new graduates and experienced surgeons are encouraged to apply.
