Part-Time Oral Surgeon

We do not participate with insurance — our focus is entirely on delivering high-quality, patient-driven care in a streamlined, administrative-light environment. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and licensed Oral Surgeon — general or oral & maxillofacial (OMS) — to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 1-2 days per month, with a target start date of July 2026 . This is an ideal opportunity for a surgeon who values autonomy, appreciates a no-insurance-hassle practice model, and wants a flexible addition to their schedule. Responsibilities Perform oral surgery procedures including extractions (routine and surgical), pre-prosthetic surgery, and other procedures within scope Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient handoffs and continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Uphold all infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards Qualifications DDS or DMD with a completed residency in Oral Surgery or Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Active Illinois dental/OMS license in good standing DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Current BLS/CPR certification Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset Compensation Percentage of net collections. This is a production-based model that rewards efficiency and quality — well-suited for a surgeon confident in their case volume and outcomes.
