Pay Rate:
Sign-On & Relocation Bonus :
$10,000 to $15,000 Sign-on bonus available, along with a relocation stipend to assist with moving expenses. As a 1099 contractor , you'll benefit from favorable tax advantages and increased yearly savings. Compensation is based on 45% collections, with the potential to earn up to 50% collections. Current doctors average $7,500 in collections per day!

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join our client's busy and growing dental team in Schaumburg, IL. Our client is a privately owned dental specialty group that excels in conventional and microsurgical endodontics, focusing on root canal therapy and dental trauma management. If you are an experienced Endodontist with a passion for high-quality patient care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide Specialized Care:
Examine, diagnose, prescribe treatment, and provide comprehensive endodontic services.
Patient Interaction:
Communicate effectively with patients to ensure an inclusive and comforting experience.

Utilize strong decision-making skills to positively impact the patient experience and resolve any concerns.
Adaptability:
Adjust to various patient interactions and clinical situations seamlessly.

Skills and Qualifications:
Licensure:
Must have an Illinois dental license and a specialty license in endodontics.
Education:
A 4-year dental degree and completion of an endodontic residency are required.
Clinical Expertise:
Demonstrate high clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
Communication:
Comfortable and effective in communicating with both patients and referring doctors.
