In the fall of 2025 we moved into a brand-new, much larger, state-of-the-art facility. Led by Dr. Alma Lombardo, our practice is built on three core principles: Clinical Excellence, Integrity, and Exceptional Service. We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who shares these values and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Our practice provides comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry, including Invisalign® clear aligner therapy, same-day crowns , dental implant placement and much more, allowing us to deliver efficient, modern treatment solutions to our patients. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated associate with strong endodontic skills and a minimum of two years of clinical experience . This role is ideal for a dentist who is confident in comprehensive treatment planning and comfortable performing endodontic procedures independently.

Our office schedule is:

Mondays and Tuesdays 7am-3pm Wednesdays and Thursdays 11am-7pm Alternating Fridays/Saturdays from 9am-2pm We are flexible on the associate's initial schedule. We are busiest on Wednesdays, Thursdays and the alternating Fridays/Saturdays and would prefer some of those days. This position has a clear pathway to full-time as patient volume and mutual fit are established. Clinical Expectations Proficiency in anterior and posterior endodontics preferred Proficiency in surgical extractions preferred Ability to diagnose and present comprehensive treatment plans Strong restorative skills Interest or experience in Invisalign and digital dentistry is a plus Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and established clinical standards Efficient, organized, and detail-oriented approach to care Patient Experience We place a high priority on chairside manner, effective communication and 5-star service.
