This is at multiple locations Round Lake Beach, McHenry and Hainesville. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive dental services in a dynamic clinical environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent patient communication skills, and a passion for promoting oral health. You will be responsible for managing patient assessments, performing dental procedures, and ensuring adherence to all safety and regulatory standards. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures such as dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions Utilize dental imaging tools and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Practice infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and prevent cross-contamination Collaborate with the dental team using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize patient care efficiency Manage medical records meticulously, ensuring all procedures are documented with appropriate medical and dental terminology Skills Proficiency in dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Ability to perform Dental Extractions, Crowns, Fillings , and other complex procedures confidently Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and education Familiarity with infection control standards and sterilization processes in accordance with OSHA guidelines Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and interpretation for diagnostic purposes Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality care Previous experience working in dental clinics or healthcare settings is preferred This position is paid and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced general dentists to showcase their skills while supporting our team during a temporary staffing need.
