Tuesday, January 13, 2026 Job Description My client is seeking a Pediatric or General Dentist to join a team that values quality care above all! Our partnerships include peer reviews, continuing education, increased earning potential and more, all while allowing our Pediatric Dentist to always put the patient first. Think you could be a good fit? See what we are looking for in our ideal Pediatric Dentist! This Merrillville office is 100% pediatric population, hours are 8-5 p.m. M-F and 8-2 on Friday. Retention bonus of $7.5k every 6 months. Payment structure is a daily rate for the term of employment with my client, and then a percentage of adjusted production which can be up to 35%Pediatric Dentist Benefits:
Minimum daily guarantee along with production based compensation. Full control over treatment plan. Full benefits package which includes Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Malpractice Insurance Reimbursement for License &/or Continuing Education Relocation options are available; Just ask!Pediatric Dentist Responsibilities:
Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations. Provide comprehensive dental care for diverse patient population Proficient with Restorative, Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics, Pedodontics, Exodontia (including partial bony 3 rd molars), Endodontics (including molars) and Orthodontics Caring and dedicated team member who is able to work independently. Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.Pediatric Dentist Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree Current license in state applying Completed or will complete Pediatric Residency Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon to be college graduates.
