• 600K+ | Pediatric-Focused | Full Schedule Day 1 Peoria Area (2 Locations) Practice Overview 2-location, doctor-led practice (locations ~15 minutes apart) 40-60 new patients/month per location ~60% Fee-for-Service / ~40% Delta Dental Premier No Medicaid or low-reimbursing PPO plans Fully digital offices (Solea laser, modern equipment) Strong hygiene and assistant support Compensation & Benefits $1,300/day guarantee or 28% of collections (higher of the two) Expected income: $400,000•550,000+ 4 weeks paid vacation $6,000 CE allowance Paid malpractice Health insurance 401(k) with match Clinical Details 35-40 patients/day Primarily pediatric patient base Exams, restorative, SSCs, pulpotomies Extractions and simple oral surgery Frenectomies (laser) Position Immediate patient flow Established, full schedule from day one High-volume, efficient, team-supported environment Requirements DDS/DMD with active license Comfortable treating pediatric patients Able to work in a fast-paced setting
