Our compensation structure includes daily guarantees and production-based earnings, providing stability alongside strong earning potential. Summary of Compensation (Varies based on experience, location and other factors) Average earning potential: $250,000-$500,000 + (including new graduates) Daily minimum guarantees 30-35% of production , including X-rays (with potential location-based premiums) Cash bonuses and long-term incentive opportunities Two weeks of paid vacation time Full medical benefits (including family coverage) Malpractice coverage Sponsorship available for H-1B, TN, and Green Card candidates Up to $3,000 annual continuing education allowance Automatic enrollment in FamiliaU for mentorship and advanced clinical training License reimbursement 401(k) with employer match Duties and Responsibilities Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients. Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations. Review treatment plans with patients and families and obtain informed consent. Deliver consistent, patient-centered care across all procedures. Diagnose and treat dental conditions using restorative techniques, extractions, and prosthetic solutions as appropriate. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff. Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with company standards. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports patient care and team success.
Requirements:
DDS/DMD from an
ADA/CDAC
